Returns Policy:

You may return items purchased from our store in most new condition within 10 days from the date item was received. If the reason for return is due to defective product or product not as described you will be refunded the whole amount in 3 to 4 days. You may also return an item if you are not completely satisfied with the product or you have ordered the wrong size by error.

For quickest possible response you can email us at sapphireleather@outlook.com, please ensure you mention your order number and your name so we can initiate a refund on your credit card on urgent basis.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped through DHL or FedEx, the average shipping time after an order is received is 3-4 days. We provide free shipping on most orders from USA, UK and Canada. 

All our products are hand-stitched when an order is received so we urge you to kindly be patient and rest assured that the jacket you receive will be according to measurements provided for an accurate fit.
